Cancellation and the right of return

The customer has the right to cancel his order within 14 days after receiving the products, unless those aren`t living plants. The cancellation doesn`t have to give reasons. It can either be in a written way or by sending the products back to the seller. In order to meet the deadline it is necessary to send the products within a fortnight back to:

In the case of cancellation and the right of return the customer has to send the products back when this can be done by parcel. By cancellation the costs have to be paid by the customer up to an amount of 40 € per reconsignment unless the products aren`t the ordered ones. If the amount of order is more than 40 € the customer doesn`t have to pay for sending it back. Please note: The costs are refunded by the seller only in the amount of the cheapest way of transport.

In case the products lose their value because of application the customer has to pay for this lost of value. The customer is allowed to test the products carefully. If the products lose their value because of being used and not only being examined by the customer and can`t be sold as new ones any more the customer has to pay for obsolescence.
